1 year ago- I started a YouTube channel with one goal: to make tons of money. And it worked. I earned more money than any job I have held, which isn’t much if you were wondering.

Lost in all the excitement of my small new wealth, I started spending frugally. And who can blame me? I earned every penny. I deserved to reward myself.

However, I didn’t once stop to think about saving. And this has come to bite me back in the butt.

Here are two things to remember if you are going to start a YouTube channel. Because once you start earning money and trust me, you will, you’ll thank me.

1: Be Prepared For Taxes

Yeah. Uh-oh is right.

I never thought I would ever have to pay taxes. I mean, that's something you watch all the rich business people deal with.

Every year, up until now, I have received a tax return. So imagine my shock when I am told I have to pay.
