This New Crypto Phone Plan Will BLOW YOUR MIND
And it only cost $20/month
As an introvert and certified home body, my phone isn’t exactly ringing off the hook. In fact, I only receive about two calls a day from scam likely numbers. And honestly, that’s more than any family calls me in a month.
This made me begin to wonder why I bothered paying $80 monthly for my phone service with T-Mobile. A phone that I only used the cellular internet for.
I mean, be honest with yourself. If you check your screen time, you’re really only paying your phone bill to doom scroll TikTok and YouTube.
My mom who uses her phone for the internet as much as me, has started to question her overpriced phone plan as well. She’s paying $106 for a single plan monthly.
This includes the base plan of $75, “protection” for $15 and other fees that just up the price.
And since we both are on a similar plan, we are each paying up to $960 a year.
That’s a combined total of almost $2,000.
It’s ridiculous.
So I began to search for a better and cheaper service, that’s when I discovered Helium Mobile. Which is a much better phone service with rewards no other company offers.
And with nothing else to lose and honestly more to gain, I went ahead and made the switch. And I’m glad I did.
What is Helium Mobile?
Helium mobile is a phone plan that charges only $20 monthly and allows you to earn a crypto called mobile. You can also use mobile to pay your phone bill.
Mind blowing, I know.
I’m so used to traditional phone services that I never imagined one to think so out of the box. And practically revolutionize how we pay our phone plans.
And as a big finance nerd, I’m amazed.
Imagine your group of friends who are all into finance using Helium and all the normies still overpaying for their phone plan. You can’t beat $20 a month and free crypto that accumulates over time.
And after four months of usage, I want to share my experience using them.
The Helium Experience
The process to swap over to Helium Mobile was both simple and straightforward.
Once on the site, I ordered a sim card from the company (free of charge) and activated my phone in the next few days.
Once, I was connected to the Helium network, the app explained everything I needed to know and introduced me to a very user friendly UI.
But after a couple days, I began to notice one small issue when using the data.
Unfortunately, Helium is still new and doesn’t have coverage everywhere like the big boys in the market.
So I would often have one bar when traveling far from home and into unfamiliar areas that weren’t covered by Helium.
But surprisingly, Helium is already working on solutions and maps out frequent areas you visit to expand coverage. They also reward you for traveling to spots that aren’t mapped yet.
Other than this issue, I haven’t had any other problems.
Calls work perfectly and text are sent with ease.
But let’s move onto the fun stuff.
Recently, I was able to pay my bill using the crypto I earned.
This took four months to get, however, this will fluctuate as the crypto rises and falls in price. So if the crypto mobile shoots for the moon, we will all be able to pay our bills for decades, but that’s just wishful thinking.
For now, I’ll settle for free crypto.
And overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service. I’m also very excited about the future of Helium as they expand across the world.
One of their biggest success is securing a partnership with a college football team, and as they tour the world to bring more awareness, I expect Helium to be as big as familiar names we use.
