Results of the Ab Workouts I Do Daily

The importance of a workout routine and diet

Every day for the past couple of weeks, I have completed an abs workout. And it has been quite the journey. I have never been so serious about wanting results.

I have acquired results. Not exactly a solid 6 pack yet, but I am close to that. Instead, I have started noticing the many other benefits of working my abs.

Strengthening my core has reduced back pain, tremendously improved my balance, improved my posture, slimmed my waistline, and increased my flexibility.

Also, I feel so much more confident. I used to be super self-conscious about my weight and appearance, but I knew I could change if I wanted to. I knew that if I put in the effort, I could lose the fat I despised.

So, months back, I cut fast food from my diet. Occasionally, I will treat myself to McDonald’s, but I have mostly cut all greasy food. I air-fry all my food now, which is a much healthier option.

What you eat goes hand and hand with all your workouts. If you are not balancing a healthy diet, you won’t see any results.

You can do all the abs workouts you want, but if you are grubbing on a big mac after, you can kiss those abs goodbye.
