My YouTube channel was dying. There was no helping it.

But, before I took it out back to finish it off.

A lightbulb went off in my head.

Why not sell it?

A quick search on Reddit and I found two promising sites to list on.

Fair warning to any readers who want to sell a channel: be careful of the sites you list on, they might steal your channel completely

After creating my account and verifying my identity for extra validation, I debated a listing price.

The channel has produced almost $8,000 in revenue, 6,000 subscribers, and 6.4 million views. This is more than a lot of channels I follow.

And the channel still makes about $50/monthly with no uploads in 4 months.

Not that much, but still the channel was performing better than so many other YouTubers.

So I listed the channel for $1,100.

A couple of days later, I got an offer:

Hey man! I saw the channel for sale

And the guy seemed like he was ready to buy, but ghosted me last second.
