I Almost Got Rich From TikTok Shop
the one mistake that stopped me…okay, several mistakes
In September 2023, TikTok added some changes that no one knew would possibly make them rich. These changes included two new additions to the app:
TikTok Shop Seller: Where creators can sell products on the TikTok app. This integration would enable viewers to buy products right from your account.
TikTok Shop Creator: Where creators can promote products from sellers and earn a commission.
If you can’t tell how major these changes are, let me put them in perspective. An app that manages to reach billions of viewers daily, now allows creators to promote and sell products with no upfront cost. The money that can be made is mind-blowing!
So for the past month, I have been testing to see how much I can make from promoting products for commission. And here’s how it went.
