I Almost Became a Millionaire
How I missed out on the opportunity of a lifetime
Okay, so I may be exaggerating a little bit.
However, I still missed out on a hefty chunk of earnings because I was a complete noob when it came to crypto.
To be fair, I was still a kid learning about the finance space. Working at some crappy pizza place that didn’t pay me enough to throw money into stocks and crypto.
So, back in 2019, when Bitcoin was around about $8,000. I brought about $11 worth of the coin. Which was about 0.00060000 BTC.
Not a lot BUT now 1 Bitcoin sits around $46,000 and I wonder how much I could have made. Seeing as I only owned a fraction of one coin, I think it is safe to assume the number would be minuscule.
But what if I invested $100? or even maybe $1,000?!
I can only now beat myself up for not taking some risk and throwing $500 into Bitcoin.
I’ve learned from my mistakes though and I won’t be getting “paper hands” anymore. Sometimes you have to go against that feeling in your gut and take some risks.
You never know where it could land you.
