How Much I’ve Made From Medium (So Far) in 2024

I have been in the Medium Partner Program for about 2 years, and it has become a nice (yet small) monthly passive income. So in this article, I want to share how much I make from Medium as a writer with a decent following in 2024.
But before I get into the numbers, I want to acknowledge a couple of things to consider. So when you hear how much I am making, it doesn’t come off as a complete shock or disappointment.
Followers Don’t Matter
This should be universal knowledge at this point, but followers don’t matter as much as you think they do. And this is applied everywhere, whether you are an influencer on Instagram or a writer on Medium.
Followers are just a number.
Each number is a point that increases your social presence on a platform to show you are more or less popular than others.
With that being said, you can accumulate thousands of followers and only a fraction of them interact or even view your content.
And vice versa, you can have a fraction of an audience, but manage to get thousands of interactions or views.
