4 Ways To Recover From Burnout
Burnout sucks but here’s how you can fight it
You don’t want to get out of bed.
You feel extremely tired and any thought of working makes you sigh in exhaustion.
I understand how you feel, I’ve been burnt out more times than I am comfortable to admit.
And during those periods of burnout, I began to wonder if something was wrong with me.
Things that made me happy were suddenly making me tired. I wasn’t excited to edit videos or write a simple article.
These activities felt more like chores.
All I wanted to do was lie in bed, under a mountain of blankets, and sleep. And when I woke up, I wanted to sleep more.
Maybe this could be more than burnout, but I knew the center of the exhaustion was my exhaustion of things that once were my passion.
